You train at your own risk

Classo classes are hard training: lifting, running, rowing. Training like this can hurt you. You choose to do it, at your own pace, in a gym and with kit you have checked yourself.

By ticking the box before you start, you accept that risk, and that Classo is not responsible for an injury or a loss from your training.

When to stop

Stop the class if you feel pain (not just effort), dizziness, chest pain or tightness, or you can't catch your breath.

Swap the move or end the session, and tell your coach. If it doesn't pass, see a doctor.

The health questions

If your answer to any of these is yes, check with your doctor before you start:

1. Has a doctor told you that you have a heart condition, or high blood pressure?

2. Do you get chest pain, at rest or when you train?

3. Have you fainted, or lost your balance from dizziness, in the last 12 months?

4. Do you have an injury, or a bone or joint problem, that training could make worse?

5. Are you pregnant, or did you give birth in the last 6 months?

6. Do you take medicine for a long-term condition, or has a doctor told you not to train hard?

The coach

Your coach is an AI, on a programme a trainer checks. What it says is coaching, never medical advice. Pain or an injury always goes to a person.
