Yes, on a programme a trainer checks. Pain or an injury always goes to a person.
A gym with barbells, dumbbells, a rower or bike, and room to run (or a treadmill).

You train at your own pace; you sign a waiver when you join. Something hurts, not just hard? Stop, swap the move, tell your coach. Have an injury or a condition? Check with your doctor before you start.
